I found it striking that all the female nudists practicing their yoga seemed completely unaware of a videographer walking around. Plenty of calmness and draining of stress going on. In fact, it spilled over to me as I watched the DVD. of course, it didn't hurt to have the two 20ish-year-old yoga studio entrepreneurs strip bare naked to go with the flow as they guided their 'disciples', both young and not-so-young. Plenty of light-heartedness too. A feel-good video.
